With our monitoring program, you maintain the optimum functioning of your air treatment system for the long term.
Modem and other communication devices are installed by us and remain our property. They are removed after the service period of 6 months. Nevertheless this customer service support can be continued after the period of six months as part of a separate service contract.
Our regular monitoring programmes are directed at the optimum functioning of your air treatment system. We monitor your system on a weekly basis by telemetric support, and daily if necessary. Periodically, depending on your requirements, our service engineers examine the entire system on site. The monitoring programme is a custom made service, geared to your wishes and demands. Usually we take desired usage, sensitivity of complaints and provision of management information (the status of the installation) into account.
In addition we consider seasonality. Think, for example, of intensifying attention in spring in preparation for powerful odours produced in the summer. We also look at the demands of the authorities. The maintenance reports are written so that they can be used directly in communicating with the respective authorities.
