PAS receives orders for biogas desulphurization

Pure Air Solutions today announced that it has received two orders from Greenlane, part of the Flowtech Group, to supply the Sulphus. Greenlane biogas upgrading systems are proprietary-designed solutions that deliver 97+% pure methane for use as vehicle fuel or for supplementing pipeline gas. Flotech selected the Sulphus, a low energy biological system, to remove high levels of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from raw biogas enhancing its value for use in renewable energy generation.
The Sulphus its unique arrangement of the internal packing, system design and control philosophy is combining great and reliable performance with low cost of ownership. Bart Smit, Operations Director from Pure Air Solutions, stated: “This is an exciting business for us, as demand for renewable fuels like biogas increases rapidly”.
