Bart Smit appointed Operations Director of Pure air solutions.

Bart Smit appointed Operations Director to generate business growth in solvent emission market.

Pure air solutions, specialist in solvent emission treatment systems, is happy to welcome Bart Smit. Because of his abilities to identify strategic opportunities, enhance growth and manage operations in the solvent emission (VOC) and other markets, Bart Smit has been appointed Operations Director. The appointment has been announced today by the Board of Pure air solutions.

Mr. Smit became manager of operations in January 2007 and will continue to serve in that capacity. With over 15 years of industry experience, Mr. Smit has been involved in nearly all operational activities of VOC and Odour control. He has extensive experience in the disciplines of engineering, purchasing, production, logistics and quality management. Mr. Smit also is the founder and owner of Free2Move, now the third shareholder of the company.

"We are excited that Bart has agreed to join the board as Operations Director and to lead the Company in it's transitions from the development stage to the technical implementation and commercialisation of the Vocus and other installations," stated, Managing Director, André Schoonhoven. The Company`s founder and Technolgy Director Albert Waalkens added: "Bart has a demonstrated record of success and is well-respected in our
industry. Bart`s leadership and initiatives are instrumental in generating business growth in the European market for solvent emission reduction and odour control. We have established aggressive goals for future growth and profitability and look forward to Bart`s contributions towards the achievement of these objectives."
